This policy explains what information the Afterology Video Scheduler handles and how.
1. Information we collect
- Basic TikTok profile information (display name, avatar, open ID) received through TikTok Login.
- Access tokens issued by TikTok so the Service can upload videos on your behalf.
- The videos, captions and schedule dates you prepare in the Service.
2. How we use it
Information is used only to show which account is connected and to upload scheduled videos to that account's TikTok inbox. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.
3. Storage and security
Tokens and schedules are stored on Afterology's own computers, with access limited to authorized staff. Video audio may be sent to Google's Gemini API solely to create subtitles; no TikTok account data is sent there.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. Data is shared only with TikTok, as required to upload content, or when required by law.
5. Retention and deletion
Data is kept while the account remains connected. When you disconnect or ask us to delete your data, we remove stored tokens and profile information within 30 days.
