Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the Afterology Video Scheduler (the "Service"), an internal desktop tool operated by Afterology. By connecting a TikTok account to the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. What the Service does
The Service lets authorized Afterology staff prepare the brand's own videos, add captions and subtitles, and send them to the connected TikTok account's inbox on a chosen date. The account owner reviews each video in the TikTok app and decides whether to publish it.
2. Eligibility and accounts
The Service is intended for Afterology's own TikTok accounts and authorized staff. You must log in with TikTok and approve the requested permissions. You may disconnect at any time from the Service or from TikTok's app settings.
3. Content
- Only content you own or have the rights to may be uploaded.
- All content must follow TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- You remain responsible for every video you choose to publish.
4. TikTok platform
The Service uses TikTok's official APIs. TikTok is a separate company, and its own terms apply to your TikTok account. Afterology is not responsible for changes to or interruptions of TikTok's services.
5. Availability and liability
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Afterology is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the Service, including missed or delayed uploads.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
